Goal

Scalable Library & Data Optimization

Platform

iOS & Android Native Ecosystem

Clinical behavioral protocols are inherently data-dense and challenging for patients to sustain. The core problem lay in bridging strict medical telemetry requirements with high-frequency user tracking logs without inducing cognitive burnout or emotional stigma.

Clinical Complexity

Multi-layered health protocols required a modular UI structure to translate medical data patterns into scannable consumer interfaces.

Telemetry Friction

High-frequency daily symptom logging required complex form inputs, leading to high user drop-off and entry fatigue.

Cognitive Strain

Patients tracking sensitive health indicators required a highly secure, private, and reassuring interface to ensure long-term retention.

I established a Calm UI Strategy focused on systematic micro-interactions and explicit progressive disclosure. By building a unified wireframe architecture, I mapped data-logging pathways that prioritized cognitive offloading, setting up a clear pipeline from initial core entry to long-term behavioral habits.

System Mapping

Defined a strict structural architecture prioritizing data privacy, emotional safety, and physical accessibility standards.

Wireframe Blueprints

Engineered low and mid-fidelity interactive patterns to validate clinical information architectures prior to tokenization.

Calm UI Heuristics

Deployed structural layouts that distribute data entry chunks, reducing interactive pressure during active flare-ups.

Engineering Alignment

Collaborated with frontend engineering to map UI states to programmatic logic, ensuring seamless cross-platform implementation.

User EntryDaily InsightBehavioral ChangeRetention

To transition BladderBoss from a complex clinical protocol into an intuitive mHealth ecosystem, I architected a scalable, cross-platform atomic design language from scratch. This unified framework systematically consolidates tokenized foundations, including color tokens, responsive typography, and 40+ custom semantic icons, with strict architectural mechanics to eliminate user friction during high-frequency daily logging.

Design System

UI Architecture

The resulting architecture established an engineering-ready framework that bridges clinical integrity with high-retention engagement mechanics, fully optimized for regulatory compliance and production deployment.

Systemic Validation

The tokenized architecture and wireframe ecosystem achieved unanimous approval from medical and engineering stakeholders.

Accessibility

Implemented an optimized, high-contrast dark theme that ensures strict visual compliance for late-night symptom entry.

Friction Reductions

Streamlined multi-point form structures through progressive controls, significantly reducing tracking drop-off.
