Designing a scalable learning product for professionals, focused on content discovery, usability and long-term growth.

Context

Boardmatch is a B2B education product offering professional training programmes for executives and board members. The platform was built on Salesforce Experience Cloud and aimed to support multiple user types, courses and learning paths.

The main goal was to design a scalable product experience that could grow over time while remaining easy to use for non-technical users.

The problem

I worked as Product Designer, leading the end-to-end design of the platform, from problem framing and user flows to UI and design system implementation.

The solution

The solution focused on creating a clear, modular and scalable learning experience, ensuring easy navigation for professionals while staying aligned with Salesforce standards and capability.

Homepage

The homepage acts as the main entry point to the product, helping users quickly understand available training areas and identify relevant programmes.

Content hierarchy and layout were designed to support fast scanning, prioritising key programmes while keeping secondary actions easily accessible.

Course detail

The course detail page supports decision-making by presenting essential information in a clear and structured way.

Key attributes such as price, duration, accreditation and format are prioritised, while descriptive content guides users through learning objectives and expected outcomes.

Course discovery

The discovery experience enables users to explore multiple programmes efficiently, using reusable card components and a consistent layout.

Filters and content grouping were designed to support comparison between courses, helping users identify the most relevant options based on goals and interests.

Key product decisions

Outcome
