Context

Boardmatch is a B2B education platform offering professional training programmes for executives and board members. The platform was built on Salesforce Experience Cloud and needed a scalable design system to support multiple courses and user types.

I worked as Salesforce UX/UI Designer, leading the end-to-end design of the platform, from structure and user flows to high-fidelity UI.

The solution

The solution focused on building a clear and scalable learning experience, ensuring easy navigation for non-technical users while staying aligned with Salesforce design standards.

Homepage

The homepage was designed to provide a clear entry point into the platform, allowing users to quickly understand the available training areas and navigate to relevant content without friction. The layout prioritises visual hierarchy and fast scanning, highlighting key programmes while keeping secondary actions easily accessible.

Course detail

The course detail page was designed to present essential information in a clear and digestible way, reducing cognitive load while supporting informed decision-making. Key data such as price, duration, accreditation and delivery format are prioritised, while descriptive content is structured to guide users through the learning objectives and outcomes of each programme.

Course discovery

The course discovery experience focuses on helping users explore multiple programmes efficiently, using a structured layout and consistent card components. Filters and content grouping were designed to support quick comparison between courses, enabling users to identify the most relevant options based on topic, format and professional goals.
